Kenneth Muthee is a dedicated and highly experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. At Montgomery County DHHS, he provides diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and holistic treatment plans while ensuring timely documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. His work at Transitional Care Services in Baltimore emphasizes medication management, therapy, and effective coordination with social workers to support patient progress.

Kenneth's commitment to excellence extends to his role as a charge nurse at the Baltimore Central Booking and Intake Facility, where he oversees the medical and mental health needs of incarcerated individuals. Here, he demonstrates strong leadership by supervising nursing teams, implementing corrective measures, and responding calmly and effectively to emergent situations.

A lifelong learner and advocate for mental health, Kenneth earned his Master of Science in Nursing (PMHNP) from Regis College and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Morgan State University, graduating with honors. His certifications include board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and CPR and First Aid accreditation. He is also an active member of the Maryland Nurses Association and several academic honor societies.
